Screen resolution setting should be 1024 x 768 or above
Browser should support TLS encryption, JavaScript, Cookies and Applet
If using E-Certificate, have to operate under Windows with Internet Explorer and the equipment have to install the Card Reader Package provided by eSignTrust as well as Sun Java Runtime (Java 8 should be installed while the Browser is Internet Explorer 9 or above)
Regardless of having 32-bit or 64-bit Windows, computer has to install the E-Certificate driver (provided by eSignTrust) and 32-bit Java version (provided by JAVA|Oracle) for the use of E-Certificate.
