Mobile Token (Corporate) is a new feature on BOC Macau App, as an alternative to physical tokens. Now you can authorize login and transaction requests from BOCNET(Corporate) on-the-go. At the moment, BOCNET(Corporate) provides 5 types of authentication combinations, as shown below:

2.Do I have to pay for Mobile Token Service?
You can use Mobile Token Service for free.
3.When should I use Mobile Token?
You can use Mobile Token to log into BOCNET(Corporate) (for Authentication Mode 4 only), and authorize transactions (for Authentication Mode 4 and 5).
4.How to apply for Mobile Token(Corporate) Service?
Designated representatives at the Corporate / Institute are required to submit a signed copy of “Application/Modification Form for BOCNET (Corp. ) and System Setup”, and confirm the use of Mobile Token as an authentication tool. After submitting the application for Mobile Token Service, the Primary User(s) at the Corporate/Institute must follow the procedure as follows:
For those who use Authentication Mode 4, the Primary User should visit the Bank and request a Passcode, which will be used for activating Mobile Token(Corporate) on BOC Macau App.
For those who use Authentication Mode 5, a Primary User can right away log into BOCNET(Corp.), and select “Mobile Token Management”, where the Primary User could send Passcode to the other Primary User or Delegated User(s).
In addition, Delegated Users can only request a Passcode from the Primary User(s).
5.How do I activate BOCNET (Corp.) Mobile Token?
You should first become a BOCNET(Corporate) user, and make sure that your Mobile Number and E-Mail Address record is up-to-date. In addition, you are required to download the most recent version of BOC Macau App. Once installed successfully, you can find “Mobile Token(Corporate) ”within the App. You may activate Mobile Token (Corporate), by following the instructions. Activating Mobile Token (Corporate) in 5 Steps:
(1)Step 1: Click “Mobile Token(Corporate)”on BOC Macau App, and click “Agree and Continue”if you accept the“Terms and Conditions”.
(2)Step 2: Enter user information that you use on BOCNET(Corp.), and get verified.
(3)Step 3: Set your Mobile Token Password.
(4)Step 4: Enter the Passcode that you have received (The Passcode is sent via SMS and E-Mail, by the Bank or the Primary User at your Corporate/Institute). Click “Confirm” after you finish entering all the required information.
(5)Step 5 (Optional):First of all, please make sure that your device supports biometrics recognition.Click “Setting Up Touch ID/ Face ID” and register your biometrics. Once registered successfully, your biometrics will become an alternative to the Mobile Token Password (which is set up in Step 3), when using Mobile Token for login and authorization.
6.How do I use Mobile Token to log into BOCNET (Corp.) or authorize transactions?
For those who use Authentication Mode 4 Mobile Token is required for both login to BOCNET (Corp.) and authorizing transactions.How to log in:
(1)Option 1: After entering all the required information on BOCNET(Corporate) login page, and clicking “Login”, you will receive a push notification on your phone. After clicking on the notification, you will be directed to the page, where the login information is shown. If you confirm to log in, click “Confirm” and provide your Mobile Token Password, Face ID or Touch ID. Once verified successfully, you will be logged into BOCNET(Corp) immediately.
(2)Option 2: You should first log into Mobile Token (Corporate) on BOC Macau App, using Mobile Token Password or biometrics. Scan the QR code shown on BOCNET (Corp.) with your phone, or look up the transaction in “Authorization History” on the App. You may authorize the login, using Mobile Token Password or biometrics.
How to authorize transactions:
(1)Option 1: When a BOCNET(Corporate) transaction (such as modifying Mobile Number/ E-Mail) requires authorization, the related user(s) will receive a push notification. Click on the notification, and confirm the transaction, using Mobile Token Password or biometrics.
(2)Option 2:You should first log into Mobile Token (Corporate) on BOC Macau App, using Mobile Token Password or biometrics. Scan the QR code shown on BOCNET (Corp.) with your phone, or look up the transaction in “Authorization History” on the App. You may authorize the transaction, using Mobile Token Password or biometrics.
For those who use Authentication Mode 5 Mobile Token Password is only required, for authorizing transactions.
(1)Option 1: When a BOCNET(Corporate) transaction (such as modifying Mobile Number/ E-Mail ) requires authorization, the related user(s) will receive a push notification. Click on the notification, confirm and authorize the transaction, using Mobile Token Password or biometrics.
(2)Option 2:You should first log into Mobile Token (Corporate) on BOC Macau App, using Password or biometrics. Scan the QR code shown on BOCNET (Corp.) with your phone, or look up the transaction in “Authorization History” on the App. You may authorize the transaction, using Mobile Token Password or biometrics
7.Am I allowed to use Mobile Token on multiple devices?
No. For each BOCNET(Corporate) user at the Corporate/Institute, he/she is only allowed to use Mobile Token on one device.
If there are multiple users, each user should use a different phone for Mobile Token.
8.I am a BOCNET(Corporate) user at multiple corporates, can I use the same Mobile Token for all of them on my phone?
You are allowed to use the same Mobile Token for multiple corporates, only if all corporates belong to the same group on BOCNET (Corporate). You may bind all of the corporates to your Mobile Token, through “Mobile Token (Corporate) > Bind Group Corporates”, on BOC Macau App.
9.I do not have my phone with me, but I need to log into BOCNET(Corp.), or authorize transactions,
is it okay if I use Mobile Token on other people’s devices?
For security reason, we strongly advise that you do NOT use Mobile Token on other people’s phones.
10.I have got a new phone, how do I transfer my Mobile Token to the new phone?
On your old device: Click “Mobile Token (Corporate) > Switch to a New Device”, a QR code will appear.On your new device: Download and install BOC Macau App. Click “Mobile Token (Corporate)” on the App, choose“Agree and Transfer” on “Terms and Conditions”page.Scan the QR code shown on your old device. Follow the instructions, enter your user information, and set up your Mobile Token Password. Once set up successfully, the Mobile Token will be transferred to your new phone. And you will no longer be able to use Mobile Token on your old device.
11.Can I use Mobile Token and e-Certificate interchangeably for authentication use on BOCNET (Corp.)?
No. You can choose only one authentication tool: It is either Mobile Token or e-Certificate. And you should authorize all the transactions using the same tool of your choice.
12.My Mobile Token Password is locked, due to multiple failed attempts. What should I do?
First, you should obtain a Passcode.If you are a Primary User, you should visit the Bank and request a Passcode.Or, if you are a Delegated User, you may request a Passcode from the Primary User.After you obtain a Passcode, please click “Mobile Token (Corporate) > Forgot Password” on BOC Macau App, and you may set a new Mobile Token Password by following the instructions.
13. I forgot my Mobile Token Password. What should I do?
First, you should obtain a Passcode.If you are a Primary User, you should visit the Bank and request a Passcode.
Or, if you are a Delegated User, you may request a Password from the Primary User.
After you obtain a Passcode, click “Mobile Token (Corporate) > Forgot Password” on BOC Macau App. You may set a new Mobile Token Password by following the instructions.
14. How do I change my Mobile Token Password?
You may change your Mobile Token Password through “Mobile Token(Corporate) > Change Mobile Token Password”on BOC Macau App.
15. How do I enable/disable biometrics (Touch ID/Face ID)?
You may enable/disable the use of Touch ID/Face ID through “Mobile Token(Corporate) > Touch ID/Face ID ON/OFF” on BOC Macau App.
16. How I do unbind Mobile Token for one/multiple/all corporates on my device?
If you would like to unbind a specific corporate, you may go to “Mobile Token (Corporate) > Unbind Corporates”.
Moreover, if there are multiple corporates that you would like to unbind. You can unbind them one by one, through “Mobile Token (Corporate) > Unbind Corporates”.
In addition, if you would like to unbind all corporates, you may simply go to “Mobile Token (Corporate) > Cancel Mobile Token Service.
17. My phone is stolen or lost, what should I do with my Mobile Token installed on the stolen/lost device?
If you are a Primary User, please contact our Customer Hotline as soon as possible, at (853)888 95566, or visit the Bank, and request that your Mobile Token be unbound immediately. Or, if you are a Delegated User, contact a Primary User, and request that your Mobile Token be unbound immediately.
If you would like to continue using Mobile Token, for security reason, you are required to:
When you are a Primary User, please visit the Bank, in order to request a Passcode; Or, when you are a Delegated User, you may request a Passcode from a Primary User at your Corporate or Institute.
Once you have obtained a Passcode, please download the BOC Macau App on a new device, click on “Mobile Token (Corporate)” and re-activate your Mobile Token by following the instructions.
18. Is it a requirement that my phone has Internet connection, every time I use Mobile Token?
Yes, your phone should have Internet connection, in order to use Mobile Token.
19. If my phone has been jailbroken or rooted, should I use Mobile Token?
If your phone is jailbroken or rooted, the phone system is prone to security risks. For security reason, you should NOT use Mobile Token on any jailbroken or rooted devices.
20. I have changed the SIM card or my phone number, what should I do with my Mobile Token on the device?
The change of SIM card will not affect the use of Mobile Token on the same device. However, if you have a new phone number, please update your Mobile Number through “System Management > Personal Management” on BOCNET(Corp.), or by visiting the Bank, to ensure that you will be able to receive notifications sent to your phone number.
21. At the moment, I am not using a local phone number, can I still use Mobile Token?
If the country / area code of your phone number is 86/853/852, and the Bank has a record of your phone number, you will be able to use Mobile Token and receive SMS notifications from the Bank.
However, with a phone number with the country/area code other than 86/853/852, you will not be able to use Mobile Token.
